station master, was sent to a distant Siberian settlement many
years ego for shooting his chief, a general, that demanded that he

Kruglikov, as a marriage broker. A political exile is delivered to
the station and she turned out to be Raya. For several minutes the
former bride and bridegroom were together and then they
continued their way to prisons.

The autumn of 1918. Fedor together with Mitya, a gymnasium
student and the worker Nastya is sent by the underground
revolution committee to the first All-Union Youth Congress as a
delegate from railway depot of a small southern town occupied
by the White Guards. On their way Okurok, a homeless boy, and
Mary join them. They have to overcome a lot of problems on
their way to Moscow: Mitya is killed, Mary is executed together
with the group of Bolsheviks, Nastya is killed by a bandit…
Badly wounded Fedor arrives at the Congress were he addresses
the audience on behalf of the killed comrades and those left
behind the front line.

searches for a friend dealing with robbery. But his friend settled

band consisting of petty criminals but during the raid on a shop
everybody besides him are fallen into the police hands. The
Shark comes to his old girl-friend Ninka and finds out that she
brings up their own son. He curls up at this news and decides to
come back in order to do a spell in prison and be back home.

purchase and sale. But Nastasia Philippovna considering herself

A spring of 1917. The soldiers of former Wild division of
Kabardin regiment come back from Russia to their motherland.
Anzor, a servant of prince Naurbek who was saved by him, is
among them. He faces with beggary and devastation at home.
Talks with a neighbour-Bolshevik and a meeting with Sergey
Kirov let Anzor understand a place in the loife. Prince Naurbek
and ataman Shkuro decided to defeat highlanders' meeting.
Anzor with other people disperse Shkuro's Cossacks then Anzor
kills the prince in a duel. Highlanders go to the meeting to listen
to Kirov and elect delegates for the second convention of Soviets.

Zakarpatye. Two diversionists cross the Soviet boundary near
Tissa. One of them dies during the arrest and the second one
appears in a sovkhoz under the mask of serviceman Ivan
Belogray and starts pays attentions to Terezia whom got
acquainted by correspondence. Frontier guard Andrey
Smolyarchuk who falls in love with Terezia was the first who
started to suspect Belogray. Owing to the vigilance of the lawenforcement
agencies the spy’s cover was blown and a
prearranged explosion of the railway bridge was prevented.

call the people born in the village located near the Dnepr
river and prepared to be drown come to say good-buy to
their small fatherland. It is very difficult for senior citizens
to destroy their native houses and demolish the gardens.
All their memories of the happy life and the dangerous war
associate with them. The young people on the contrary
smash down the past being sure that draws the bright
future. The spring Dnepr spates impetuously and the
Ukraine village sinks to the bottom of the new
Kakhovskoye Sea.

the people of the shiny Kalevala are aggrieved. Annika’s
sweetheart Lemminkyainen decided to take the “Sampo” from
Loukhi but it turned out a very difficult task. A lot of awful and
tragic events taken place before the magic mill’s fragment got by
Leminkyainen helped to take the sun stolen by Loukhi back to
the Kalevala’s land. Only after that a happiness and love settled
here.

destiny. According to the last will of her former master she had
to get an affranchisement but was sold to duke Skalinsky who
solicits her love now. Aneta’s sweetheart Stepan has to become a
recruit and her child has to be born as an indigent. Shchepin
wants to help her but is late. She commits suicide.

castigators. Many years passed and in 50s the investigation
agencies found a document indicating that the party was
annihilated with the aid of one who survived. Julia is sure that
her friends are innocent however Pavel starts suspecting Sergey.
The latter felt aggrieved at the insult from his friend. Pavel is also
tormented with remorse and he asks his friend sorry him. It is
becomes clear during the investigation who is the real traitor.

and bandits killed his sweetheart. He was forced to pass the
difficult way of struggle for his happiness and understand his
place in the life. At the end of the film we meet with Nikolay
Nagorny at the approaches of Berlin.

A comedy about the two active, partial to life, old menpensioners.
The 50s. The old worker Kolyachkin and the former
actor Pushkov can't reach the river and to fish something always
interferes with their plans: one time they lead the children to the
garden, another boost the old woman to the pensioner's house.
They pushed the chief of the construction into the dirt of
unrepaired road, weaned the barrator from grassing, and soused
the hooligan and drunken man dog in a river till the moment of
their complete rehabilitation. The district veterans appreciated the
old men's actions and invited them to their club aimed at
canalizing the young generation into the proper way of becoming
deserving citizens of the society.

saving the children from the bombardment. Helping everybody
Alyesha didn't manage to do much for himself. Failed to affirm
his love to Shura, just passingly saw the mother. And again to the
front where Alyesha dies.

At the bank of Niva the Dreamer meets Nastenka. For five-night
walking the city the young people tell each other about
themselves. Having stopped trusting the fillings of a man whom
she loves Nastenka promises the loving Dreamer to marry him
but… the other man appears and Nastenka is happy again, and
the Dreamer is alone at once. Now his loneliness is more
depressing as he realized the richness of life and emptiness of the
dreams that occupy the days.

Based on the "Story about the director of MTS and the
agronomist" by G. Nikolayeva.
The end of the 50s. A new agronomist Nastya Kovshova, a slight
girl, comes to Zhuravinskaya MTS. Chalikov, the director of the
MTS is disappointed thinking that such a girl doesn't know a
thing about the work. For all the days Nastya goes around the
fields talking to the collective farmers and finally finds a way-out
from a complicated problem in the MTS. In distantly located
Moscow Zhuravinskaya MTS' work is highly commended and
Chalikov seems to lose calmness due to his new agronomist.

A builder Stepan Bokov meets joyful and pretty young woman
Annushka on the train and suddenly decides to work at the
construction of the power station where Annushka works as a
concretor. But they don't need the erectors and Stepan is assigned
to the position of the leader of the road construction team legging
behind the others. He paid no efforts to lead the team to the
leading position, but he coped with everything. He manages to
form a friendly collective and to find his happiness of course.

A criminal drama based on story of the same name by Pavel
Nilin.
The first years of the Soviet power in East Siberia. Malyshev, the
chief Criminal Investigation Department assistant, a comsomol
member, leads to the Soviet power side the former workhand,
and now the bandit Lazar Baukin and the letter tells him about
Vorontsov, the leader of the band. Malyshev guarantees Baukin's
freedom. However the chief arrests him and in order to reap
laurels of catching the leader of the band. Malyshev is in despair
– he pushed the man that fully trusted him to execution. The
situation get worse due to his personal drama and Malyshev
commits suicide.

Based on the novel of the same name by V. Kozhevnikov.
The scene is laid in 1916-1917. Sapozhkov, a Bolshevik, after
serving the exile term organizes propaganda and propaganda in a
small Siberia town. His wife Varya helps him. After the February
revolution the Bolsheviks' Party is still illegal Sapozhnikov and
Varya hide as they are under the threat of the arrest. The security
agents manage to catch their son Tima. After the October
revolution the parents meet the son and never lose him again.

About the revolutionary events in Buryat-Mongolia.
Arslan, a little shepherd, worked for the evil Nayon Elo and
had a friend – a girl Dolson. When the main lama brought the
news of the Bolshevik's victory and ordered Nayon to take the
flocks abroad, Arslan found the detachment of his friend
Comissar Ignatyev in the fields and informed him of it. Nayon
was caught and destroyed at the very border and the flocks
were distributed between the poor buryats. Arslan manages to
disrupt the engagement of Dolson and Nayon's son and finally
he joyfully rides a horse with her.
